FOUNDER

Andrew Bridge

Andy is an experienced senior leader in schools, holding a variety of roles including Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher and Education Adviser. Andy holds an MA in Education Leadership and Chartered Teacher (Leadership) status as well as FCCT from the Chartered College of Teaching. Andy has coached and assessed hundreds of international school leaders on NPQSL, NPQH and NPQSENCO qualifications, as well as tutoring and assessing on iPGCE, iQTS and MA Education programmes. Andy is fascinated by teacher education and leadership development, and has extensive experience of writing, facilitating and delivering training, as well as assessing postgraduate research and writing. Andy believes that as educators, we should be life-long learners and is continually striving to develop professionally and support others to do so.

Chief Finance and Operations Officer

Nicola Bridge

Nicola is an experienced teacher, leader and coach who leads the finance and operations functions at ICCE. Nicola held Curriculum Co-ordinator and Lead Teacher positions in various schools, including having responsibility for coaching, mentoring and developing colleagues at all levels of experience. Furthermore, Nicola was employed as a Leadership Development Officer at Teach First, coaching trainee and early career teachers across Yorkshire and the Humber. She is a proud member of the Chartered College of Teaching. Nicola's role includes leading our marketing and partnerships work, as well as managing our relationship with ILM. Nicola founded the company with Andy in 2020, being keen to allow as many teachers and leaders around the world to benefit from high quality training and development opportunities.
CHIEF PROGRAMMES OFFICER

Joanne Robinson

Joanne Robinson (BA, MA, PGCE, FCCT) brings a wealth of experience in teacher training and professional development. She has worked in postgraduate teacher education since 2018 and is passionate about supporting educators to grow their practice. Before joining ICCE, Jo was Director of International Programmes for Tes, where she led the global delivery of the iPGCE and designed and delivered a highly successful MA in Education with Pedagogy. Her courses focused on empowering educators to use research-informed approaches to inspire transformative teaching and learning.

Over the years, Jo has had the privilege of working with thousands of school leaders, teachers, and learning support professionals around the world. Prior to moving into teacher education, she taught in secondary schools for 16 years, where she held a number of leadership roles. Jo has a long-standing interest in how teachers are supported to develop their professional expertise. She believes that excellent training, that sparks curiosity and a desire to learn more, is vital for educators to thrive and flourish.

IQA

Ed Ball

Ed Ball is an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in education. He has played a pivotal role in improving school performance, particularly in the areas of inclusion, achievement and curriculum, contributing significantly to his school's 'Good' Ofsted judgement in 2023. Ed has recently served as Vice Chair of Governors at two schools. In 2024, he was awarded Fellowship of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT) and completed his NPQSL. More recently, he achieved Chartered Teacher Leadership Status and is currently undertaking the NPQSENCO, reflecting his commitment to educational excellence and ongoing professional development. Ed is also a qualified assessor, having completed both the Level 3 CAVA and Level 4 Leading IQA qualifications. He currently facilitates and assesses a range of NPQs, from NPQSL through to the specialist NPQs, as well as SEN qualifications for several providers.
