At the International Centre for Coaching in Education (ICCE), we are dedicated to transforming leadership in international schools through the power of executive coaching. We deliver Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualifications in coaching, specifically designed for senior leaders working in global education contexts. Our team are all experienced school leaders; we understand the challenges and opportunities in the sector, and truly believe that coaching can be a key driver for school improvement. Training and qualifying as an Executive Coach is a great stepping stone for school leaders to truly embed a coaching culture in their school.

Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Bridge

Andy is an experienced senior leader in schools, holding a variety of roles including Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher and Education Adviser. Andy holds an MA in Education Leadership and Chartered Teacher (Leadership) status as well as FCCT from the Chartered College of Teaching. Andy has coached and assessed hundreds of international school leaders on NPQSL, NPQH and NPQSENCO qualifications, as well as tutoring and assessing on iPGCE, iQTS and MA Education programmes. Andy is fascinated by teacher education and leadership development, and has extensive experience of writing, facilitating and delivering training, as well as assessing postgraduate research and writing. Andy believes that as educators, we should be life-long learners and is continually striving to develop professionally and support others to do so.

CHIEF PROGRAMMES OFFICER

Joanne Robinson

Joanne Robinson (BA, MA, PGCE, FCCT) brings a wealth of experience in teacher training and professional development. She has worked in postgraduate teacher education since 2018 and is passionate about supporting educators to grow their practice. Before joining ICCE, Jo was Director of International Programmes for Tes, where she led the global delivery of the iPGCE and designed and delivered a highly successful MA in Education with Pedagogy. Her courses focused on empowering educators to use research-informed approaches to inspire transformative teaching and learning.

Over the years, Jo has had the privilege of working with thousands of school leaders, teachers, and learning support professionals around the world. Prior to moving into teacher education, she taught in secondary schools for 16 years, where she held a number of leadership roles. Jo has a long-standing interest in how teachers are supported to develop their professional expertise. She believes that excellent training, that sparks curiosity and a desire to learn more, is vital for educators to thrive and flourish.
