Unit 701: Undertaking Coaching or Mentoring at an Executive or Senior Level

This unit is designed to equip you with the advanced skills and strategic understanding required to excel as a coach at the most senior levels of an organisation. Throughout this programme, you will explore the practical skills of coaching, refine your professional practice, and learn to apply a comprehensive range of models and frameworks to support leaders in achieving their full potential. You will reflect on your coaching and take part in group supervision. You will also upload a video of you undertaking a coaching session (or part of a session) that your tutor will provide developmental feedback on.

You will submit a portfolio of evidence detailing the 20 hours of executive coaching you have completed, across 2-3 clients. You will have detailed critical reflections on each coaching session, as well as the group supervision sessions you attend. You will also receive feedback on a filmed clip of you undertaking executive coaching. The assessment criteria and requirements are outlined fully within the course.
